About Me

About me

Hi I am Elke

I am a mom, wife, expat, traveller and big believer that exercising is not just changing our body – it impacts our mindset and overall well-being.

This is why, I am so passionate about how we can stay strong, nourished and connected to our bodies during pregnancy and in our postpartum journey.

I have to be honest with you, though. I haven’t always cherished pregnancy and life with children. Working day and night in order to ‘feel’ successful, being stressed, anxious and far away from loving myself, I thought the solution to my struggles would be a life without children.

Living like this couldn’t last forever and it was only a matter of time before my body asked for a break and needed help. And the help was – falling pregnant.

During my pregnancy journey, I realised that I needed a lot of inner work to find myself and to start loving myself again and that the number on the scale was not a quick fix to it. Falling pregnant is truly a miracle and our body is doing an incredible job every single day so its up to us to support it as much as we can through movement, nourishment and self-care.

Let me re-introduce you

I am Elke and I am a pre-and postnatal coach and my passion is to help other women to thrive in pregnancy and their postpartum journey by staying strong, nourished and connected to their bodies.

I’m a mom to a little boy and hoping to add a few more of those little miracles to our family. For the first time in my life, everything is falling into places, and I am more excited about my career than I have ever been – and the main reason is YOU and I am so glad you are here.

I am here to support you on your pregnancy and postpartum journey, so you are ready for the best job in the world. I will help you understand how to train safely, how and when to return to exercise after birth, how to nourish your body to support your baby’s growth without getting depleted, how to juggle a training routine and most and foremost to find confidence in your unique body.

Because, on behalf of your babes, you’re doing an amazing job. Never forget that.

What if you could..

  • Maintain a healthy weight gain?
  • Maintain strength to carry the weight of your growing baby and reduce low back pain?
  • Reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, pre-term birth, and gestational hypertension?
  • Decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety?
  • Improve blood circulation which is important for healing tissues after birth?
  • Have a thorough plan to ease back into training and gain full strength after birth?
  • And generally, just…feel good in your body?
